PROJECT OVERVIEW

We are currently working with Kier Property and AHR Architects, for the redevelopment of 40 Fountain Street in Manchester City Centre. The new Grade A-plus office building, will be renamed as 11 York Street, and is designed to target the commercial, professional and financial services office sector.

Works comprise the demolition of an existing five-storey office building, and the construction of a new, 79,000 sq ft,, eight-storey building with basement car parking that has room for 23 cars. Design details will include a private business lounge a double story corner entrance, and glass, stone and steel elevations.

The building will be BREEAM Excellent with an A Rated EPC and is designed to be flexible and appear to a wide range of tenants.
Demolition work has started on site, and the project is due to complete in the fourth quarter of 2019.
