PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Clayton Hotel is a new four star, 17-storey hotel on Portland street, Manchester. 

This new hotel is operated by Dalata Hotel Group and incorporates 329 bedrooms, a ground floor bar, a restaurant at mezzanine level and a business centre with meeting rooms.

Hannan Associates were appointed as a sub-consultant to provide detailed mechanical design services for A+B Engineering, including ventilation, heating, cooling, domestic water services, above ground drainage and combined heat and power (CHP).
