This town centre redevelopment led by Simons Developments and DLA Architecture will include a 95,000 sq ft department store, high-tech Library, a 92,000 sq ft Sainsbury's superstore,

...Residential Apartment Scheme, and 2 public squares.

One of the main focuses of this project for us has been the heavy infrastructure, road and gas diversions involved.
