The new regional office for Redrow Homes is one of a number of developments at Matrix Park, Chorley that Hannan Associates have been involved with.

Our duties included the infra structure strategy, performance specification and site monitoring. Matrix Park forms part of the major 10 year, £400m Buckshaw Village project, one of the largest and most ambitious mixed use developments to be undertaken in the North West, indeed in the UK, for many years.This project is part of development that will provide housing, commercial, industrial, a new school, shops and a railway station. Matrix Park comprised the first phase of commercial development at Buckshaw Village and extended to some 80 acres of fully masterplanned development land. Of the 1.4 million sq ft with planning consent, to date (Summer 2005) over 60 acres at Matrix Park has already been committed for almost 1 million sq ft of new industrial and office accommodation.
